• All rentals include linen and towels.
• Rentals do not include Gas and Electricity which are billed for separately.
• Please call for Special Low Season Offers and Special two-person discount when available.
• There is a standard €20 booking fee on all holidays
• All our client billing is conducted in Euro at the time of booking and when balances fall due

Services

All furnished houses have full sets of linen and towels, t.v, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. House cleaning service, baby-sitting, shopping delivery are also available.

Did you know:

• We use hand made Italian Matalasse bedspreads for all our double beds.
• Broadband wireless access is available from cottage where specified. Our clients are also welcome to use our business centre where wireless broadband, email and faxing facilities are all available.
• Expect freshly made local scones and the newspaper on a Sunday morning. Strawberries for our summer guests.
• All our cottages come with 32″ Sony plasma TV’s. As a special note to our UK clients BBC, ITV, Film Four and Sky News are all available.
• We hand select our mattresses because we know when it comes to your comfort sleep is high on the list.
• All cottages have Sony CD players with iPod docks and DVD
• We have a 33-step process for making every bed for your arrival.
• Our walk in chef is available to cater for you where required. Anything from wholesome Duck Shepherds pie to more extravagant seared fois gras and carmelised apple!
• For our Mums and Dads traveling with the little ones there is a qualified baby-sitting service available with outstanding references if you need a night off.
