Wexford Food and Wine FestivalThe three day Wexford Food and Wine Festival takes place each year towards the end of May with a tasty schedule of mouth-watering events for culinary enthusiasts, celebrating local produce, quality, diversity and wholesomeness. Our own chef at Wexford Beach Home is one of the chief organisers of this festival.

The Food Festival is followed by is followed by the All Irelands Farmers Mart in Enniscorthy during the same weekend. This Mart will bring the best producers of Irish Farm produce from across the whole country to Enniscorthy.

4th of July Irish America Day

4th of July Irish America Day is a community partnership between the JFK Trust, Dunbrody Emmigration Centre, and Irish America Magazine. Some of the events are based in the John F Kennedy Arboretum .The Arboretum dedicated to the memory of John Kennedy is a plant collection of international significance which stands c 623 acres on the southern slopes and summit of Slievecoiltia.It is a beautiful and interesting venue for some of the America Day events.

The Byrne Perry Summer School

This Summer school was set up to examine Irish history ,literature and politics from the eighteenth century onwards and to look at how the previous two centuries have affected contemporary Ireland. Speakers have included ex Taoiseach Garrett Fitzgerald and well known academic historians and writers. It is held in the last week in June in the local town, Gorey.

Jump Festival Enniscorthy

1950’s rockabilly and classic car show, with 3 days of live music, DJ’s, classic cars and traders. This Rock and Roll Festival features rock bands performing music from the ‘50s and the ‘60s. Many bands travel from abroad. Music happening continue through the day during the three day event.

The Enniscorthy Strawberry Fair

Modern Bands play throughout the town over the June Bank Holiday Weekend. Sunday afternoon in the Show Grounds is the setting for a Family Concert.

Enniscorthy Street Rhythms and Dance Festival.

This annual event, which takes place in the second weekend in August, includes dance exhibitions, parade, fireworks, concert, and dance workshops for kids, adults and dancers.

John Barry Maritime Festival

The two day John Barry Maritime Festival takes place on Saturday the 23rd and Sunday the 24th of June from 11am each day. Come and see rowing, sailing, kayaking races, helicopter and lifeboat rescue demonstrations and maritime exhibitions. The festival centers around the John Barry Monument on the Quays in Wexford.
